As a guide when requesting a job or quote we need to know:

  • Your contact details.
  • The type of service that you require
  • Where your block is located. For blocks in new sub-divisions we require a subdivision plan so we can identify your block within the street.
For rural properties and sites in built-up areas street numbers are usually ok provided they are easy to identify. Any additional information such as distinguishing features, hand-drawn maps, Melways or Vic Roads references and the name of nearby cross roads all help.
  • Where your building is to be located on the site. This is generally required for acreage and rural sites etc. to ensure we test in the correct area. Often a hand-drawn plan with approximate dimensions will suffice.
  • The type development of construction methods. Any information given with regards to the development and construction type will help us tailor the report to your needs. However, this is often unknown at the time of testing in which case reports will reflect the most common forms of construction.
